He leads the company to operational profitability. Amit has repeatedly demonstrated his capabilities as a transformational leader – combining business acumen with strong marketing and organizational management skills, deep operational insights to successfully grow the business, lead them through successful turnarounds and revitalizations, and manage them across all stages of the business life cycle. He is a growth-focused, result-oriented, and solutions-driven leader with a proven history of bringing analytical insights and pragmatic solutions to key business challenges.

Mr. Ankit Anand Khanna holds an Honors’ degree in Science and is a man of numbers’. He is best known for building micro and macro Financial strategies with the team and finalizing contracts with clients and manufacturers, thus, creating an environment for profitable cost lines.

Charu’s priorities include aligning the organization’s people strategy with business objectives, building a transformational and diverse organization, talent development and implementing effective HR systems and polices across the pan-India operations of the company. She is an out-of-the-box thinker committed towards the growth of people within the organization and she is an effective communicator, manager with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands on experience in people – acquisition and management.

Charu has 20+ years of vast experience in Human Resource and Training and Development in companies like Genpact and Adecco and holds Masters in PR & Marketing and Bachelors in English from Delhi University.

Samiksha Sharma


Completed her degree in Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi is a” peoples’ person”. She firmly believes in a team working towards a common vision. She aims on the fact that individual accomplishments should be directed towards organizational objectives and truly stresses on maintaining a healthy and conducive work environment with appropriate reinforcement for growth and development of employees hence maximizing well-being and performance of workforce.




Mr. Sunil Mehra joined AAA Pharma as Head -Sales & Operations in February 2023. He possesses hands-on expertise in Business Expansion, Sales Optimization, Competitive Business Growth Strategy and Process Excellence. At AAA, he is paying special attention to create Goal Oriented Systems. He comes with a vision of aligning Functional Strategies with Business Objectives, developing Target Operating Model in line with Forecasting and Designing Growth Road Map.

He is an innovative leader who challenges the status quo through “out-of-the-box” exploration of solutions, quickly overcoming the most fixed corporate challenges that block sales and revenue growth.

Under his leadership, we intend to strengthen and give impetus to our operations.

Mr. Mehra has a vast experience of 37 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. He has enriching experience with companies like Cipla, USV, Emcure, Alkem, Life Medicare and Alniche in different capacities.
